Book presentation Deep transformations: A theory of degrowth – Max Koch

[Dutch below] Professor Max Koch (Lund University) presents a new book co-written with Hubert Buch-Hansen and Iana Nesterova and forthcoming with Manchester University Press. The lecture introduces the theoretical framework of the book, zooms in on the role of the (welfare) state in degrowth transformations and presents empirical research results about these processes and corresponding eco-social policies.

Professor Max Koch (Lund University) presenteert een nieuw boek, geschreven in samenwerking met Hubert Buch-Hansen en Iana Nesterova en binnenkort verkrijgbaar bij Manchester University Press. Tijdens de lezing introduceert Koch het theoretische raamwerk van het boek, zoomt in op de rol van de (welvaarts)staat in degrowth-transformaties en presenteert empirische onderzoeksresultaten over deze processen en het bijbehorende eco-sociale beleid.

Dit evenement zal in het Engels doorgaan.
